1Eligibility Conditions

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:

    Within 7 days of purchase

    Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date your payment was processed.

  • โœ“

    10 or fewer quotations generated

    You must have generated 10 or fewer quotations since your subscription started. This ensures the policy is not misused.

2How to Request a Refund

    Go to Dashboard โ†’ Settings

    Log in to your Qvora account and navigate to Settings โ†’ Plan & Billing.

    Check your eligibility

    The "7-Day Refund Policy" section will show whether you are eligible, how many days remain, and how many quotations you've used.

    Click "Request Refund"

    Click the button, optionally provide a reason, and confirm. The refund is processed automatically via Razorpay โ€” no manual review required.

    Receive your refund

    The refund is credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) within 5โ€“7 business days.

3What Happens After a Refund

    Your account is immediately downgraded to the Free plan (5 quotations/month).

  • โ†’

    All your existing quotation data, history, and templates are preserved โ€” nothing is deleted.

  • โ†’

    You can re-subscribe at any time from the Settings or Pricing page.

    The refund amount is 100% of the amount paid โ€” no processing fees or deductions.

    More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date.

    You have generated more than 10 quotations since subscribing.

  • โœ•

    A refund has already been processed for the same subscription.

  • โœ•

    The subscription was purchased as part of a promotional or discounted offer (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
